    The work done by R4 Renovations LLC is incredible. We now have our dream deck and couldn’t be happier with it. The professionalism of Josh Zylak is also important to mention.     I used R4 Renovations for a complete bathroom renovation. Extremely efficient and precise work. Yaro was very helpful in offering suggestions and was flexible to any changes.     We were fortunate to have Josh at R4 Renovations perform structural repairs for our log house. It's construction in the 1970's clearly did not correctly account for the weight of the home's massive logs, planks, and winter snow loads on the large surface of the saltbox roof. We hired a structural engineer to analyze the problems and specify structural fixes. Early in the process she recommended that we hire Josh as our contractor to implement the schematics. Josh did a wonderful job, and was responsive, professional, thorough, honest, creative, efficient, resource conscious, and friendly throughout the entire project. We and our structural engineer agreed, it was a pleasure to work closely with Josh, and we highly recommend him for structural and framing work. See more See less

    We moved into our home last summer and were aware that some caps needed to be replaced on the ridge vent of our roof. I reached out to Josh through another recommendation and was glad I did. He was upfront on his availability but was able to come out within a few days with his partner (sorry, I am terrible with names). They were able to fix the roof and we could not be happier. Reasonably priced, great work and I will reach out again in the future should when other things come up. See more See less
